Nice folks and facilities. Great technology working on reasonably cutting edge stuff. Very friendly, reasonably organized considering the time constraints of my availability. Even bought me lunch since they ran over. Several hours, with 7 different people over about 3 hours. Interview started promptly on time, very nice allowing for restrooms breaks and water for comfort. Mostly a comfortable conversation, no difficult questions.

Question 1
Typical questions regarding experience and notable highlights on my resume. Very odd to be given an oral programming exam consisting of freshman level questions, despite my 18 years experience and teaching college content for 5 years, but the interviewer was respectful.
I was applying to one of their Senior Software Engineer openings in the Boulder location. I had gone through a round of interviews. The questions were not bad, and the interviewers were pleasant. My main concern is that the HR/Recruitment is only opening this position for candidate lead farming! I had asked multiple times for an understanding on the my current status to be given radio silence.
1 month later, the job opening is reposted on linkedIn. With over hundreds of qualified candidates, you're telling me you can't find one qualified candidate. Don't waste multiple hours!!

I had an hour-long interview with a recruiter who came across as unprofessional and rude. The recruiter asked me to rate my skills on various topics, which took about 20-30 minutes. When she inquired about my expected salary, I asked for the salary range, which seemed to annoy her. Her demeanor changed, and she immediately lost interest.

I initially interviewed with the Technical Recruiter, but I was declined before being able to interview with the actual hiring manager or interview with the technical team members. I thought the interview with the recruiter went really well so I was actually shocked when I wasn't able to proceed with the interview process. My guess is that it had to do with my race, based on some of the questions I was asked.
