Entretien
HR approached me via linkedin. I came down to Garena's office for a test which has 3 components, incl logic, market sizing & creativity. After the test, an interview was conducted with the manager on the same day. The interviewer was rude as she was looking at her whatsapp most of the time rather than listening to the candidate. Her phone was left on the table, and she had no intention to even hide that she is using it.
Went in for a 1 hour interview with someone on the team. It was a generally pleasant conversation and felt very relaxed. They definitely want someone well-versed in gaming, so make sure you are a true blue gamer if you're applying.

Tell me about your experience with Gaming in your life?
If you had the opportunity to propose a new game, what would it be?
5 Rounds of interview. First round assessment mathematics/problem-solving quesitons + essay questions. Second round more of a behavioural interview to understand your fit/commitment to the company. Overall not difficult but definitely need to prep + have strong interest in gaming.

Huge emphasis on past projects and goals. First round is with one of the team heads, second is a a group assessment and lastly is with a panel of management
