The interview process made me hopeful to be starting in a new company that might actual care for their employees. The hiring was an easy process to follow through with.

Entretien
Not well planned, interviewer was all over the place with questions. Not very scripted and he was interrupted frequently during the interview. I did get a chance to talk about the position with the out going employee which was very beneficial in the decision to accept the position.
It was one of the more interesting interviews I have had in my career.
