You get an invite through email to attend the recruitment event which has three stages. First one is the X-ray test which is pretty basic . Instructions are given before that. If the first stage is clear then you get the second test which is a written test lasts for an hour for basic Maths and English. You have to get 80% to clear both the stages. following this there is a 5 minutes interview after which they schedule you for second interview which lasts for half an hour.
