Interview was with the store manager 1. they asked about previous experience 2. tell them about yourself 3. sell a piece of item to them 4. Describe a time you have to work with the difficult coworker and how did you overcome the difficulty

The interview process was simple and comfortable. The manager at the time was really nice and able to answer a question without a judgmental tone. We had an interview out in the open in the seats of the mall, sitting beside each other with eye contact.
