J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gap Inc. (San Francisco, CA) en oct. 2019
Entretien
First round: phone screening, simple behavioral, will ask questions about puffer jackets/how to measure sales etc.
Second round: mine was a virtual interview that I had to prepare project for, project took me 10+ hours, I spent a lot of time researching..I think if you put in the effort and can back your brand you should be fine
Final round: superday in San Francisco, consisted of 2 behavioral interviews (mine was one 1:1, one 2:1) and a group case interview (make sure to learn A LOT about gap before going in), it was highly competitive and the interviewers were very senior within the company, office was amazing, asked a ton of repetitive behavioral questions

Many rounds of interviews and case. The case was exciting but the final interview day was hardest. Make sure you're able to defend your ideas and have a lot of knowledge and opinions on the fashion industry ready to discuss.
First round was standard behavioral and background questions, although they read from a list the whole time and didn't care much about who you are. The project round, spent 30-40 hours on my project, only had a week to do it, and they rejected me with no reasoning why. Waste of time and clearly don't value the people who invest time into their interview process.
Super intense interview process with a behavioral test, project, and trend questions. I made it to the project-based interview and thought I nailed it, however, I received an informal rejection email a couple weeks later. Overall, it was a gruesome process and extremely stressful.
