I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then a phone interview with an HR Generalist. Then, I was scheduled for a one day interview with multiple individuals. I was provided with a hotel nearby the facility the night before. Each interview was approximately 45 minutes long, and I interviewed 1st with 2 HR Managers, then 2 Operation Managers, next 1 Operation Manager, then 2 Facility Directors, and ended with the Campus GM and finally the HR Director. Interview format was free flowing with several pre-determined questions. Answers were expected to provide a real life example or scenario in response to the question. There was also a 1 hour break built in. The total interview timeline was 9 am to 2:15pm.
