Traditional interview process with management asking a set of behavioral or situational questions. They also asked product and company knowledge and how it connects to future career goals. Interviewer also explained different growth opportunities during interview.

Entretien
The interview proces was very quick and easy. It was a group interview format and think they did it this way in order to see how you react in a group setting. Some questions were situational and others were more direct. Overall, I found the interview to not be to terribly hard.

First you apply by either going into the store or online. Then they give you a call and You meet with a manager. The manager goes through your résumé with you, and asks you related questions.
