The interview was very casual. I first had a phone interview and was later brought into a group interview. The manager claimed teamwork was really important, hence the group interview. We were all asked the same questions. After a few questions about retail, we were each given situations where we would face a problem like shoplifting or regarding to conflict with a coworker/ manager. After the interview, the manager called and ran a background check on me.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
