I applied online and was called 2 to 3 weeks later. I was told it was going to be a group interview. During the interview there were 3 other candidates with me. the interview was held at an ice place close to the store. It was very casual and easy going. He asked us one question. Then was given one situation and how we would fix it. It was my first interview and i thought i did horrible since i wasnt the most talkative one in the group BUT the one candidate i felt intimidated with didnt get hired. Maybe because she talked more than she listened. I smiled alot and made eye contact and nod sometimes. He also told us he is only hiring 6 people. and there was 2 more group interviews after us. So i was pretty nervous. He said he'd call us by wednesday about 5 days after the interview. He didnt call wednesday but thursday. & told me i got the job.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
