I applied online and got a call about a week and a half later. I was asked to come into a group interview. When I got there, one other person and I were taken to the food court and asked basic questions. The manager was really relaxed and easy to talk to. I got a call the next day say that my background check had passed and they offered me the job. Overall a super easy process.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
