Group Interview, Asked some basic questions; Why we want to work for the Gap? We were also asked to sell the outfit we wore to the interview to the Manager as if she were a customer and the item we had on were item in the store. After interview i received a call a week later, asking a few more questions about myself; why i no longer want to work for previous employer, if I have any vacations scheduled in the future, etc.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
