How do you inspire and motivate your team during difficult times.
The recruiters are so energetic and sweet at The Gap! The process is super long. For a position that is open, they are still interviewing and it has been 2 months. I interviewed with a recruiter, the Regional HR partner, the person who would be my boss as well as the Visual Manager for the Region. Next I had a phone interview with Head of Stores for Canada and US and then things got interesting...I had to wait over a week for feedback as they were finishing interviewing other candidates. I could never get direct feedback as to why I did not get the last interview, but I believe it was either due to them wanting specialty experience or an internal promote.
