J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gap en sept. 2013

Applied online. 3 or 4 weeks later I get a call saying come in for an interview. It wasn't a group interview (thank God.) It didn't even feel like an interview. Very relaxed; felt as if I was talking to an old friend. The only question I was asked was "why do you want to work here." After that it was easy sailing. Started talking about the traffic. THE TRAFFIC! Was called back an hour after my first interview to come in for a second interview a few days later. Same routine. One question then laid back conversation. Called that Monday and offered me the position.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
