J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gap (Kansas City, MO) en juin 2013
Entretien
I came into my local Gap Factory store and asked an associate if they were hiring. She introduced me to the store manager, who told me to fill out an application online and she would call me back in the next few days. I got a call less than 48 hours later, and had an interview scheduled for the next day. It was a group interview with around 12 other people, and lasted a little over an hour long. I got a call a few days later from my manager, offering me a part time position.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
