J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gap (Mississauga, ON) en mai 2013
Entretien
Was told to come to a group interview right after dropping by the local gap requesting for job opportunity. There were two other candidates at the interview. The manager was chill and friendly. She asked us to basically go around answer the questions. She didn't ask anything out of the blue. There were questions you can relate to either previous jobs or school such as why do you want to work in gap and how did you resolve this issue under this circumstances. How do you deal with pressure or prioritizing. Also, she was very keen on customer service. She expect you to be a people person.

All I could suggest really is just to show your most energetic side and always have the smile on when you are answering her questions. Well of course the eye contact is essential as well.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
