The first step in the process was a phone interview which lasted for approx. 15 mins and went through basic retail interview questions "what would you do in this situation..."and so on.
The in-store interview was just being put on the floor for 20 mins to see how you interact with customers and then a quick face to face interview. Easy.

Very easy process and friendly people. They were super welcoming and helped me through the entire interview process
I would definitely recommend it.
It does seem like they're pretty desperate for people right now since the labor shortages
Applied for the position online. I was called within the week I applied to come in for an interview by one of the assistant managers. I went in for the interview and was offered the job that same day.

It is a group interview, around 4-5 people in one group. First you have to introduce yourself, then answer some scenario questions like how do you handle client complaints and your availability
