It was about an hour long. It began with a store tour then we went straight into the interview after. One to two people conducted the interview and consisted of behavioral and about me questions.

Store/general manager get in contact. The questions ranged from standard sales interview questions to behavioural/situational questions to personality/deep questions. Tone was casual throughout and quite engaging. Interview lasted about 30 minutes.
