Initially hired as a salesman, the most entry level position, the interview was conducted on the future sales floor as the store had not opened. Attire was unimportant to the newly hired general manager but as always, the well dressed people will be taken seriously as it shows you truly care about attaining the job. The manager was obviously not used to conducting interviews as the questions were not complex or difficult, very basic questions about previous employment and if I had experience with cash drawers etc.

The initial interview was over the phone and vary transparent on the duties described for the position. My interviewer was very clear and quaint about all of the requirements of the position.
