Online application and personality screening, two phone interviews. Wide variety of non-personal questions, nothing to do with background or job related skills. They wanted a quick pace decisions and would not clarify questions. Person interviewing was very professional. The process was slightly frustrating because I was not familiar with the format.

Same as stated before. Read about the products and have prepared an explanation of your favorite management style (think strengths based development). The questions are rapid fire, I would suggest not even preparing and wasting your time. Just let it flow and hope you fit the mold!

Initial applied via the web with an extensive 20min online behavioral type interview. As others have stated the after receiving a letter acknowledgment of moving to their next step in interview process, a phone interview is scheduled. The phone interview is basically an enhanced version or continuation of their online interview with more of scenario type questions and self personality type questions. The interviewer is reading scripted questions which they have some formulaic method for gauging responses if one would be a good fit for that role and/or more or less for their company culture. Nothing about the position or the company nor any opportunity to ask any questions. Completed interview and questioned whether I'd really want to work there and to be honest, didnt feel it would be a good match for me personally.
