The interview process was two online assessments, a phone screening with Human Resources, a virtual Word/Excel test, a Zoom interview, and an in-person interview. I was offered the role at the in-person interview.

After completing the application with a ~30 minute online questionnaire, it took less than a week to hear back from an interviewer. We set up a video interview, and it seemed to go well. The interviewer asked general questions about my career history, goals, and preferred company culture.
I had another video interview and then set up an in person meeting in DC. Before the in person meeting I had a prep call, which was very helpful in outlining what was expected and smoothed out some of my nervousness about the in person interviews.
The 3 in person interviews were schedule to take around 3 hours, with an excel assessment. There were technical difficulties with the assessment, so that was pushed to the end of the interviews, meaning I had to wait about 45 minutes for the first interview. Although I was in person in DC, I only physically met with one person. The two other interviews were over video conference. The questions were similar throughout all the interviews, none of them were terribly difficult. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming.

I initially had to do an online assessment for situational judgement. They then informed me that I got in the next round which was the same assessment again. They then informed me that it was not a match.

Applied and filled out the assessment at the end of the application. The next day I got told I moved on to the "second interview" which was gonna be a personality assessment just like the first. Filled it out and didn't hear back the next day, which I thought was strange. Day after, got rejected. Strange thing is, I filled it out almost exactly the same way as the first time. Not sure if this was a waste of time or not, but at least it was only a week,

They ask you questions about your personality and you give canned responses that most match what you "feel." Then you move onto those questions that give you a sliding bar from "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree."
