Followed by an (absurd) "yes/no" behavioral interview. Instead of using the answers from the online survey, the assessor (who sounded like and old recording device) repeated the same questions and then asked for a few examples. This being a "recruitment company", they should employ more modern, valid, and engaging ways of conducting these. Methods and style right out of the 1980's...
