I applied for a job through the Gallup website for the London Office. As part of the application I did a personality test. I got a call back right the next day for a telephone interview with an analyist. The interview consisted of a series of questions asked in a fixed order according to a script which took about 30 minutes. Two days later I received a call that I had made it through to the next round. The next round would be a second telephone interview only longer and more in depth. Again, I was called and asked a similar set of questions. A couple of days later I received another phone call from an HR person to discuss the role a bit more in depth and I got invited to the London office, all expenses covered (I had to come in from abroad). In London, the interview was pleasant and informal. I spoke to two employees. One, my potential future manager and someone who had been in the role before. There was a great atmosphere in the office. The recruitment process so far has been very smooth and the people from Gallup have acted very professionally.
