First call was the typical HR phone screen, followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager. After I cleared those it was in person at the Gallo Glass facility with several team members. Each team member had a couple behavioral interview questions to ask and the rest was casual conversation about my background. Everyone left time for me to ask questions. They emphasized good fit and it appears they really value selecting good people as everyone seemed genuinely excited to work there.
