Applied for a different position in the Charter Lakes Gallagher office in Grand Rapids MI. Was contacted by the Customer Service Manager and informed that that position was filled but they had a different one, the Account Representative, open if I was interested. Interviewed with the Customer Service Manager on a Friday and then again with the Sales Manager the following week on a Tuesday. Got an email the next day with an offer, which I accepted. Very laid back interviews, easy going people and office environment.
