Entretien
After applying online, you may receive an invitation to set up Phone Interview. Once accepted and passed phone screen, move on to group interview at headquarters. You will be asked to prepare some materials. The group interview is very fun. From there you may or may not be offered job by email or phone.

How would you handle a dispute between two children? Why do you want to work for Galileo? How do you feel about our mission?
The group interview was fun and not stressful at all! It was really cool to hear from other potential candidates. We all had a chance to answer questions and it became more of a discussion versus interview.

How would you handle a child who didn’t want to participate?
Group interview with 4 other people, and the hiring manager. Very friendly. Had each of us present a camp/ icebreaker activity that we came prepared with and a couple of behavioral questions. Got a response a couple of weeks after!

Entretien
Not traditional interview with several candidates together, getting asked to pretend to prepare to present to young children some activities. Then each candidate presented their ideas of a fun activity. Some of the activities will be important and useful during actual camp.
