Phone interview then fun group interview in person. Basic behavioral questions. Had to come up with and present a game during group interview. Be prepared to act as if you were actually at camp.
The group interview was fun and not stressful at all! It was really cool to hear from other potential candidates. We all had a chance to answer questions and it became more of a discussion versus interview.

How would you handle a child who didn’t want to participate?
Group interview with 4 other people, and the hiring manager. Very friendly. Had each of us present a camp/ icebreaker activity that we came prepared with and a couple of behavioral questions. Got a response a couple of weeks after!

Entretien
Not traditional interview with several candidates together, getting asked to pretend to prepare to present to young children some activities. Then each candidate presented their ideas of a fun activity. Some of the activities will be important and useful during actual camp.
