Entretien
It was fairly easy, you went into a group interview with an activity to share with others. They would go over the Galileo vision and talk about a couple things and allow other people to share about their experience. Then you break off into groups and share your activity and play a couple of games. Then they asked the group a couple of questions and then you get a phone call later.

If you see a camper by themselves, what would you do?
The process was pretty easy just a simple zoom interview and review of my resume. Staff was nice and process was quick. Would recommend working at this company if you need a summer job with little experience.

How do you respond in a stressful situation with kids?
very basic interview, was mainly based on team building exxercises. Seemed like an unneeded interview that was just for show. Not much was asked that was important. Seems like everyone that was interviewed was accepted. Was a group interciew.

Entretien
It was a general interview. It said there would be about 2-6 people, but it was only me and 2 others. We presented our lessons/games and moved on to interview questions. Everything was very straight forward. Just be sure to calm your nervousness and have fun.
