I was asked to take two 30 minute assessments (IQ and Personality). I completed the assessments and was then asked to schedule an interview with a recruiter. I did not hear back for 11 days. I then followed up with the recruiter but I have still not received any communication. It has been well over a month. Overall, a tough experience considering my excitement to start the interview process.

For a company that prides themselves on customer success and doing the right thing, they clearly do not walk the walk. Truly disappointing from a company that I respected and hoped to work for.
