Technical round was fine and was informed i have cleared. But after that they made me wait for nearly 2 hrs. They informed i have cleared and last final round is with cto who is currently in a meeting. I was asked to wait and i did wait on my choice. But aftr making me wait they told cto/ceo meeting might get extended. It was already six so they told me to go for that day. If they were bit professional its their duty to call me and update. I waited for two days and asked when should i come and at that time they told me hr dept has kept my resume on hold. Is it a way to deal with candidate. My time is not precious ? Why was i informed i have performed excelent in technical round ? Guys if you cant hire dont keep interviews..
