Three stages to the interview process for graduate programme- written questions, data-based questions, finishing with virtual assessment centre. Three hours with four different tasks to test technical knowledge, motivation and unusual questions where there is no right or wrong answer. They just want to know how you think about the questions

First submit CV,. Next was then a personality assessment. Following this was then an online pre recorded interview. I am currently waiting on the next stages of process but imagine it will be assessment centre.
Screening, online tests, job simulation, final 4 hour interview which included strengths-based interview, simulations for email writing, communications tasks, and on the spot recommendations to problems. No group exercises involved and each section was one-on-one with a GSK employee.
