I started with an online application, then did the world of GSK assessment. After passing that you do an online job simulation for the role you're applying for. After passing that you then do an assessment center on-site.

Entretien
Lengthy interview process that spanned several months that included multiple online assessments focusing on job important aspects and culminating in a virtual assessment center and a strengths based interview and exercises with real life scenarios.
Consisted of an online job simulation test in which videos described problems or scenarios and I had to rank how I would respond in those scenarios, that aligned with company values. Then, took another online job simulation that consisted of video answers and more job simulation questions.
