Applied through Agency, interviewed within a week at Brentford head office in London. Interview lasted for approx an hour, interviewers were quite laid back, interview was in three parts, About my work and areas that was applicable to the Job role being interviewed, Company structure, and Interview Q.

What would be the immediate challenges if I am offered the role, what is main strengths, give an example of piece of work where you improved the process and end result of it, 2) Give an example where you introduced something new and how did your colleagues reacted to it. 3) what is Material usage variance 2) How would you do the balance sheet reconciliation 3) What is purchase price variance.
In the end you get an opportunity to ask Q.
Friendly process. 2 person panel that drills more on your personality. Not too bad, however can be intimidating. Great place to work for a reason. HR is friendly as well for the screening call
Smooth and very professional. I was asked a lot of questions surrounding my experience and business strategy and business accumen in relation to a specific case study provided by them a day prior the interview day
