Well done and they really want to know about you. Very challenging but they really do want to know more about you. Very good look at the overall person. I felt like I got a lot out of it but they never gave me feedback at the end which sucked.

The interview process was three steps: Leadership Survey, Online Job Simulation, In person interview at assessment center (onsite interview). Took about 3 months to get through the whole process and get my offer.

The entire process took 4 -5 weeks. Initial application was done online, 4-7 days letter invited for test, 7-10 days after passing test was invited for phone interview (found out 2 weeks after phone interview). Review questions on this website, everything written is pretty accurate.
