1 round of Group discussion and 2 rounds of personal interview. The group discussion was with a group of 6-8 members on a topic of interest to be chosen by the group. The 1:1 was with senior category head on subject of marketing and motivation

Why GSK, what is brand equity, how do you build it.
online interview, fairly standard, asked for times when.... Also tested some basic knowledge about the field, the interview was split about half and half with personal questions then questions about the discipline.
