No Interview was conducted, she needed a replacement. I was the 5th person in 5 months. She cannot keep anyone because of her lack of knowledge in executing a federal government contract. She did not interview me. She called and ask if I could start the next day. I of course wanted to talk pay. She sent me an offer letter with the wrong salary. I refused to sign it. She sent another one, with the correct hourly rate, but also had me as salary. No benefits were offered.
