J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez GSA Capital (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2015
Entretien
Interviewed there on two occasions in the same process. Each session consisted of three technical interviews each of them one-on-one with a developer with a varying degree of experience within the company. They each described the company and the teams that comprised it and then proceeded to ask technical questions which were either problem solving or programming in nature. The recruitment staff were friendly and the interviewers could mostly be described similarly.

Interview with real-time coding task for one hour. You can talk with interviewer about the solution, and some time for questions later. Overall pleasant experience, not rushy, great conversation with interviewer

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez GSA Capital (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
A lot of recruiters will pitch roles for this company. The process is very long ( two technical interviews, followed by a take at home assessment, one more interview and then a super day). Seemed like they just want to get a grasp on the competition. Rejected me after the second round with the most awful feedback as if I dont know how to code while the interview was easy ( implement a music player, with different edge cases, error handling and so on).

Design a music player
Best time to buy and sell stocks
Two calls with engineers. First was a standard leetcode style implementation-like problem with some follow up iteration. Second appeared to be an ad-hoc system design discussion, though the recruiter told that it should have also been coding.

Question 1
Implement APIs for an analogue of a well-known game.
