It was a 2 stage interview process. I had one stage with a business director, the second stage with MD and business director. Went through a recruiter and she was great.

Question 1
First interview was lovely, with the usual questions such as talking them through my career and answering why I like Grey
Second interview was a presentation on a brief, in no more than 10 slides followed by questions. The questions were tricky and I was constantly told ' I am going to put you on the spot'. One of the interviewers made me feel very uncomfortable, as they didn't want me to answer well. I didn't appreciate their approach so even if I would have gone to the next stage, I would have raised the incompatibility in approach.
