Phone screening, case presentation, take-home assignment.
The phone screening was straightforward, though the recruiter wasn’t able to answer several of my questions about the role and process.
The case study interview felt disorganized and didn’t align with the expectations set beforehand. I was asked to prepare a 30-minute portfolio presentation covering 2–3 projects, but was given significantly less time and was cut off mid-presentation due to time constraints.
The interview then shifted to behavioral questions that were not previously communicated, leaving basically no time for candidate questions.
Overall, the process felt unorganized. I’d recommend better alignment between recruiters and interviewers to set clearer expectations.
