The process began with a one-way video interview. Not a bad experience, just set up and get ready issues. Eventually went fine, no issues. Thoughtful in regard to the questions that were asked, 10 questions with unlimited consideration time and unlimited "retakes". Questions had a time limit, no wandering away from topic being answered. Answer time was between 1 minute and 3 minutes per question.

Interviewing process was a mess. My first interview was completely missed and when I called the company to ask about it they jus said the person who was supposed to interview me forgot. Once I finally got into the interview process and did the face time interview questions I got a call from someone on the hiring team and our call was dropped. I called back after another attempt wasn’t made on their end and got a voicemail to which I left a message. I didn’t hear anything back for a week via email. The rest of the process was pretty similar and I just gave up
