Indepth Interview process about teaching and coaching history. Enjoyed the interview process with owners. No questions that were hard to answer, just asked about teaching background. I would recommend people interviewing for GolfTEC.

You submit and Online Application with resume and references first then they send several questions and you record yourself answering. Finally a video call interview with the manager with basic interview questions and a swing evaluation quiz of a golfer

Describe a challenging situation and how you showed composure when facing it
Very professional and thorough, answered all the questions I had and then some. Very well done. Hiring manager was extremely helpful and understood my individual situation and thought of solutions.
Easy application process, followed by a one way interview then followed by an online zoom call. Regional manager was very professional and easy to talk to. Got a great sense for the job and the day to day duties.
