I applied through linked-in and got the exploratory call directly from GLiNTECH. I was asked to introduce myself, explain what I did in my previous project, what I knew about Agile, my salary expectations. After this call, I received a 60 min online java hackerrank test. The test was simple with 10 questions, 6 of them being objective type basic question on java and 4 algorithmic exercises. The test was simple, but the hackerrack UI did not allow me to navigate back to the unattemped questions until I reached and completed the 10th question! This is a bug in their site and I reported this in the feedback page at the end of the test. Nevertheless, I cleared the online test and got a call for the 30 min f2f interview with a senior consultant. She asked me to explain the architecture of the last project I worked on and went over my resume in detail explaining me to elaborate on all the projects and skill set I have mentioned. The director of the company expressed that he would also join the same round and they collectively scrutinized my resume. Both were very pleasant to talk to and the discussion went well. What I sensed was that they were looking for maximum skill sets that they could use for their present and future projects. In the end I received an email saying I do not qualify for the next round.
