Il processo si divide in tre fasi: colloquio telefonico e due videochiamate. Il colloquio telefonico avviene con un membro del dipartimento HR. È una chiamata introduttiva. Successivamente, si tengono 2 videochiamate in genere la prima con un manager del team e l'ultima con un direttore

First step was intro call with HR then a Zoom call with 3 different people from different departments (one after the other). On of those calls you had to play role a recruitment call.

Tell us about a time where you had a problem with a co-worker
3 steps process: phone call, first interview, second interview (with 3 heads/senior managers). The phone call gets into details about the company's terms and conditions/regulatory process. After that, you're asked to schedule a call with a manager. They ask you the usual interview questions. The final one is the most difficult one where you'll also have to do a pitch
