Initial phone screening with Hiring Manager, then invited for face-to-face/video call interviews with 3 members of the Healthcare Equities Team. Hiring Manager was friendly and helpful in providing advice and preparation for the interview process. However, I found the interviewers to be generally unfriendly and arrogant; they weren't interested in my previous experience, skills or career motivations - only what knowledge I had of the pharmaceutical industry. Before attending the interview I was concerned to read lots of negative reviews from employees and interview candidates on Glassdoor. During the interview I very quickly realised this company and role wouldn't be a good fit for me.
