To be honest, i wasn't sure how GLG model worked. When I read about it online, it looked like a consulting group. When they asked me about the model, I told them quite honestly that i wasn't sure, but i was interested in learning the model. I explained the thought process of what i inferred online.

What is one difficulty you faced working as a team and how did you overcome it.
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was an initial HR screening focusing on background and motivation. The second round was with the team manager, discussing responsibilities and relevant experience. The final round was with the CEO, mainly assessing cultural fit and long-term commitment. The overall process was professional and straightforward.

solid interview process, a 30 minute chat with the hr recruiter, mostly behavioral questions and then asking about how your english and chinese is. very simple and very effective, did not waste time at all.
