I applied online and got an initial HR interview request in a few days, very soon actually. HR went directly and asked me what i knew about GLG and introduced the business model to me. got a follow up interview after this with a hiring manager afterward.

Very unprofessional company and team, I would personally never reapply or work with that company in capacity both as an applicant or client. I have nothing more to say regarding the experience.

tell me about yourself - what attracts you to the role
I get the interview through agent.First they will give you a laptop write essay. Then interviewer will come to ask you question. Not very technical one , but need think carefully and answer.

They mostly asked questions about you and your educational background and why I had a gap year. They also asked me to tell them about what I knew about the company.
