Referred by an internal employee who worked with me previously. Several phone interviews to assess interest and fit. Then flew to NY to interview live. Met people currently in role, peers to role, and one senior leader.

Receive a call from GLG Recruiter and went through 3 rounds of interview and a written assignment consisting of 4 questions. Process was efficient, with each layer of interviewers asking different questions.

First Interview pretty standard talking to TA teams went really well however the second stage is where I did not understand, where I was interviewed by juniors without management, which I found to be condisending and disrespectful, that the judgement of my job was in the hands of two people who are not in a position of management decisions and know whats best for the team
