They seemed very busy when I arrived; they let me into the conference room but did not join me until exactly the time my interview was scheduled for. One person called into the interview, and the other was in the conference room with me. They asked for each question that I give a specific example from my previous experience (in jobs, schooling, or personal life) to support my answer. They also asked many hypothetical questions about how I would handle situations in the job. Everyone was very nice, but they came across as disinterested at first - I learned it was just a calm demeanor, they were in fact very interested in what I had to say.
