I recently had an interview at GJ with the CEO/Founder, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The interviewer seemed to lack basic etiquette and was quite abrupt in their approach.
The conversation started with questions about my educational background, focusing on my SSLC, Plus Two, and post-graduation marks. Specifically, they pointed out the lower marks in my degree and PG, without asking for context or explanations.
As a candidate who has attended several interviews before, I found this approach quite unprofessional. The interview was also conducted in Malayalam, with the interviewer questioning my English proficiency, which felt unnecessary given that the interview could have naturally revealed my language skills.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend expecting a warm or supportive interview experience if you're considering joining GJ. The company's interview process may not be the best representation of their culture, but it's worth noting for future candidates.
