The interviewer is very friendly and the interview process is very smooth. The interview is mostly behavioral questions and the interviewer is very interested in learning about the candidates' skill and past experiences.

A phone interview with the CEO Rick Gilmore. That's it. The entire process was very easy because I was applying for an unpaid position. Later I learned that all the interns were unpaid. Everything looked good on paper (wikipedia, website, etc.) before the interview. The CEO was nice and funny during the interview. However, it turned out to be a very negative work experience at GIC. One lesson we learned in college -- DON'T TRUST WIKIPEDIA!!!

It was a 15-20 min interview where the CEO introduces the current situation of the company and the interviewee asks questions about the firm. The interviewee has to find the right time to sell his/her skills to the interviewer.
